Terry Nance is Founder and President of Focus on the Harvest, Inc. Receiving a personal mandate from the Lord, Terry has committed his life’s calling to travel to local congregations throughout the nations and awaken believers to this strategic generation. Through his God-given passion, believers are ignited to discover their individual gifts and callings, commit to the vision of their local church and focus on the harvest of souls throughout their city, state, nation and world.

A graduate of Southwestern Assemblies of God Bible College and Rhema Bible Training Center, Terry formerly served over 23 years as the Senior Associate and Executive Director of the Agape School of World Evangelism and Agape Missionary Alliance under the leadership of Happy Caldwell and Agape Church in Little Rock, AR. He was also Executive Director of the Agape Belize International Training Center in Central America. Reproducing a spirit of excellence and integrity, the graduating students under Terry’s leadership continue to revolutionize the nations for God by raising up schools and churches in nations such as Belize, England, Mexico, Philippines, Sweden, Finland, Romania, Norway, Iceland, India, Scotland and Niger.

Terry has authored three books: God’s Armor Bearer I – How To Serve God’s Leaders; God’s Armor Bearer II – Bloom Where You are Planted and God’s Armor Bearer 3 – Running with Your Pastor’s Vision. On the best-selling list for the past 10 years, these books have motivated thousands of Christians to stand with their leaders in faithful service, helping to fulfill God’s vision for the nations.

Terry and his wife Kim have been married for over 28 years. They reside in Springdale, Arkansas and are the parents of three children, McCall, Alex and McKenna.
