Shipping and returns

Shipping

Shipping is calculated at checkout from the address you enter, so you see the exact cost before you pay. Nothing is added afterwards.

We aim to pack and post orders within one to two business days. Delivery time after that depends on where you are and which service you choose, and usually runs three to seven business days. You get a shipping confirmation with tracking when your order leaves us.

Returns

If a book is not right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund. It should be unused and in its original condition. There is no restocking fee. Return shipping is on you unless the book arrived damaged or we sent the wrong title, in which case we cover it and apologize.

To start a return, send us a message with your order number and we will walk you through it.

Damaged in transit

If a parcel arrives damaged, tell us within a few days and keep the packaging. We will replace the book. You do not need to fight the carrier about it.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe. It usually takes a few business days to appear, depending on your bank.

Finding your order

You can look up an order at any time on the order lookup page. We will email the link to the address on the order.

Giving and mentoring

Partnership gifts and the monthly mentoring partnership are handled on Stripe's own hosted pages, separately from the bookstore. A monthly partnership can be changed or cancelled at any time from your own Stripe account.
